Medicaid

Adapt is licensed by NC DHHS and accepts Medicaid. We work with these Medicaid programs:

CAP/DA, the Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults: care at home instead of a nursing home.
CAP/C, the Community Alternatives Program for Children: in-home nurse aides for medically fragile children under 21.
